POLYUREA GREASE

1.Product Description

GTMAX POLYUREA GREASE is a premium non-soap grease thickened with polyurea, specially designed for long-life lubrication in electric motors and high-speed bearings. It offers excellent oxidation stability, low oil separation, and outstanding resistance to high temperatures. Polyurea thickener ensures superior performance in sealed-for-life applications where extended service intervals are required. Standard grade is NLGI 2, with NLGI 3 available on request for specific applications requiring higher consistency.

2.Advantages

  • Very long service life – excellent oxidation stability
  • Wide operating temperature range (−30 to +180 °C, up to 200 °C short periods)
  • Low oil separation and evaporation loss
  • Superior rust and corrosion protection
  • Excellent shear stability, suitable for high-speed bearings
  • Recommended for sealed-for-life and electric motor applications
  • Available also in NLGI 3 on request

3.Applications

  • Electric motor bearings (sealed-for-life)
  • High-speed machine bearings
  • Automotive alternators, water pumps, starter motors
  • Fans, blowers, and HVAC equipment
  • General industrial equipment requiring long relubrication intervals
  • Applications requiring stiffer grease consistency (NLGI 3 option)
